Executive Director
Mr. Nikodemas provides strategic leadership and overall management of TOSOVC. He is responsible for guiding the institutional vision, strengthening partnerships with development stakeholders, and ensuring that all programs align with the organization’s mission and governance standards.
Program Manager
Mr. George oversees the planning and implementation of the organization’s programs. He coordinates project activities, supervises field teams, and ensures that program objectives are achieved effectively and in alignment with organizational strategy.
Accounting Officer
Ms. Faraja manages the organization’s financial systems and ensures compliance with financial management standards. She is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and maintaining transparent financial records to support institutional accountability.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Ms. Nasra leads the organization’s monitoring and evaluation framework. She supports evidence-based decision making by collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data to measure results and improve program performance.
Field Officer
Mr. Masanja coordinates the implementation of program activities at the community level. He works closely with community leaders and beneficiaries to ensure effective participation and delivery of development interventions.
Office Assistant
Ms. Nora provides administrative and logistical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the organization. She maintains records and provides essential support to all staff during development activities.
